TURNAROUND TIMES: Turnaround time on CUSTOMS is 10-14 business days. 

Directions for submitting your Custom DTF transfer order: Files must be print ready TO AVOID THE $5 DESIGN FEE. Make sure your file that you need printed is in PNG format, 300 DPI with a transparent background.

REFUND POLICY

No changes will be made including colors and sizing. Your order will be printed as is so make sure everything is correct before submitting the files. 

What you see on the computer monitor is not always exactly what will print.

We are not responsible for pixelated artwork or quality of designers works.

Printed colors will vary from digital mock-ups of a design we print DTF as CMYK and they are designed usually with RGB.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR POOR QUALITY OF PRINTS, COLOR VARIATIONS, OR SIZING ISSUES.

NO REFUNDS FOR MISPELLED WORDS THAT WERE APRROVED PRIOR TO PRINTING. NO REFUNDS FOR SIZING ISSUES IN APPEAL
